Resonate Church – Jonah Openers

Through the first part of the Spring Semester, Resonate Church began reading & studying through the book of Jonah together. As a creative team, we wanted to portray the ideas and emotions connected to the character of Jonah in a way that our people in the church could identify with, and we ended up doing that through a couple of short videos that were shown on Sundays leading into the teaching.

Regarding production, both videos were shot on a Canon 550D (T2i) with the following Canon glass: 50mm 1.2, 50mm 1.4 & 10-22mm 3.5.

The sound design was done in Logic Studio; using plugins from Native Instruments & Heavyocity (Komplete 7 & Evolve Mutations).

Color grading was done in Adobe After Effects.
